Label Whore noun [ley-buhl hawr, hohr or,often, hoor] Someone who exclusively (or mostly) wears “name brand” or high fashion labels. They are know to wear only what’s in style right “now!”. They often purchase clothes solely based on labels and disregard personal style preference or common sense. Most label whore’s generally cannot actually afford the clothes they buy as so much of it goes out of style within months. They’re also known to “Shop & Swap” (wear and return clothing after one use).

La La Land verb [lah lah land ] To be zoned out or spaced out. To be in a sort of semi-concious state until snapped out of it. Usually by a slap across the face or a hand waving around in front of your eyes.

LAN Party noun [lan par-tee] A party where people bring their own computers, hook them up, and game all night long with each other. Also involves mass comsumption of caffeine and junk food.

Last Texter noun [lahst tekst-er ]That friend that always sends you a meaningless text after the obvious end of a text conversation, just to get the last text. They do this while totally oblivious to their uncontrollable habit.

Laundry Limbo noun [lawn-dree lim-boe] Intentionally rewashing clothing simply because you don’t feel like putting it away.

Lego Hair noun [leg-oh hey-r]Hair that is so constricted by hair spray that wind and any other movement does not effect the shape; can be easily removed and swapped with other lego hair toting females who tend tobe either scene or emo.

Lipstick Lesbian noun [lip-stik lez-bee-uhn] A feminine lesbian. It can be used inter-changeably with femme to indicate a feminine lesbian, but strictly speaking, a femme is usually attracted to masculine, or butch,lesbians and a lipstick lesbian is attracted toother feminine lesbians. Often thought of as demure, submissive creatures, many, if notall femmes and lipstick lesbians are quite strong, independant women.

Locavore noun [loke-a-vawr]Someone who eats food grown or produced locally or within a certain radius such as 50, 100, or 150 miles usually for ecological reasons.
